People Assured was founded by Ian Foster in January 2007, following a successful 23 year international career in industry and consulting.
OUR MISSION
is to help clients engage, recruit, retain and develop their employees to their highest potential.
WHAT WE VALUE
We focus on results, responsiveness and delivering with integrity. We are always seeking ways to help our clients. This may be with a complex hire, preparing a new leader, raising team performance, building more effective relationships, or motivating an individual or group.
Day-to-day it could be simply to listen to a problem, provide an introduction or facilitate information exchange. Many of our relationships have been developed over the past 10-15 years and much of our work comes via referral.
OUR SERVICES
We specialize in leadership development, organizational change management, recruitment and retention, and executive coaching and mentoring. We also deliver motivational speeches and help our clients become confident public speakers.
COMMUNITY
Like many of our clients we are actively engaged in the community. A particular focus is youth development: coaching youth soccer to help our young athletes build confidence and life skills, educating students about the workforce and entrepreneurship through Junior Achievement and by offering support in public speaking to youth and community leaders, including through Toastmasters.
ALLIANCES
We build relationships and partner with leadership and talent development firms and executive search companies. This includes alliances with firms in New York and London.
