People Assured was founded by Ian Foster in January 2007, following successful international careers in industry and consulting.

Our mission

Our mission is to help clients recruit and develop outstanding leadership teams. We believe companies achieve lasting improvements in performance by hiring the right people and investing in their growth. The right people are those who possess not only relevant skills and experiences but also the leadership qualities and ‘fit’ to have a major impact in your organization.

What we value

We are customer driven and focus on results, responsiveness and delivering with integrity. We are always seeking ways to help our clients. At some point this may be with a complex hire, but day-to-day it could be simply to listen to a problem, provide an introduction or facilitate information exchange. Many of our relationships have been developed over the past 10-15 years and much of our new work comes via referral. We value all of our relationships - be they with hiring clients, candidates, colleagues, business partners or vendors. We strive to respond quickly and deliver efficiently, be innovative, to learn and address areas for improvement.

Extra-curricular

Like many of our clients, we live life to the full – outside of the office our interests include playing music, singing, theater, sports (e.g. soccer), travel, and volunteering in support of local and international youth development.
