Ian is a high-energy entrepreneur and executive with 25 years international experience in industry, management consulting, research and education. He has consistently helped international corporations improve performance through the selection and development of people, the building of high-performing teams, and the delivery of complex programs.
Ian partners with Fortune 500 companies, medium sized organizations and start-ups on executive recruitment, mentoring and leadership development. He is committed to building long-term relationships that deliver ongoing value to his clients.
A former US Management and IT Consulting Partner and ex-European IT and Operations Executive, Ian has strong knowledge of industry processes, strategy, operations, information technology, risk and change management. He was worked across multiple sectors including: consumer products, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, energy and utilities, media and telecommunications, and insurance.
Ian is an advocate of positive youth development. He has served on the program committee of Chicago Youth Centers and the boards of Inwood House Teen Services (New York) and New Directions Camden (London). He also holds a youth soccer coaching certificate.
Ian holds an MBA from Henley Management College (UK) and a Degree in Engineering from the University of Sheffield (UK).
